Cutter has limited combat experience, but his unorthodox dogfighting style makes him a worthy opponent. He has a lucky streak, surviving a number of crashes during test flights on experimental craft. A bit of a risk taker who lives on the edge in combat as well as in his personal life.

Graduate of the French Military Academy. Qualified to fly most fighter type space craft, was once a test pilot.
