Cesare Frascati (Nero) is a character in Starlancer.

When flying for an Italian SWAT team, he earned the nickname "Nero" from a visiting American due to his tactic of low-level flying on full afterburners. He likes to take his enemies head-on in a firefight. Follows orders with machismo. He gets the job done, but not necessarily by the book.
